Job summary

42North Dental in the United States seeks a full-time Associate Dentist to manage the complete clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care. In-office specialty services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits, including medical/vision, malpractice reimbursement, 401K, no-cost continuing education, mentorship, equity opportunity, and unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dentistry license in the United States.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B is documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is provided.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update medical and dental records.
• Review x-rays and diagnostic tests and interpret findings.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and tissues.
• Uphold high-quality standards and professional ethics.
• Pursue ongoing education and professional development.
