42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA, seeks a full-time General Dentist to lead the patient care journey from initial exam to treatment delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a 4-5 day work week and 8 AM–5 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies and best practices.
