Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a qualified Dentist to join our established practice in Massachusetts. You will diagnose and treat patients, create comprehensive treatment plans, and educate patients on options to maintain or restore oral health.

The role involves collaborating with a skilled team and staying current with evolving dental techniques. Ideal candidates hold a DMD or DDS, a valid state license, Hepatitis B vaccination documentation, malpractice insurance, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and oral tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education.
