Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review, interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; provide restorative and preventive care.
• Collaborate with in-office specialists across periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.
