Lakeside Dental & Wellness in Augusta, KS is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a patient-centered private practice. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, mentorship, and a balanced lifestyle in a modern setting.

Responsibilities include restorative dentistry (crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, endodontics) with potential implants or Invisalign, supported by CBCT, iTero Lumina, laser dentistry, digital x-rays, and a fully integrated EHR. Schedule Mon-Thu 8-5, Fri 8-12.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dental experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and patient communication.
• Willingness to grow within private practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform restorative dentistry including crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and endodontics.
• Provide comprehensive exams and treatment planning.
• Utilize CBCT, iTero Lumina, laser dentistry and digital X-rays as part of patient care.
• Deliver patient-focused care with mentoring and collaboration.
