Job summary

The Smile Salon in Kansas City, MO is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join a compassionate, family‑oriented practice focused on cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics. You will diagnose, treatment plan, and perform procedures across the spectrum, including same‑day crowns and cosmetic work.

Open to both full‑time and part‑time applicants, with access to mentorship from Dr. Caresa Doakes and a team of seven operatories, three assistants, and two hygienists.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license (or in process).
• Experience is a plus, but open to all.
• Ability to adapt into a tenured team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treatment plan for patients.
• Perform fillings and cosmetic procedures.
• Place same‑day crowns and other cosmetic treatments.
• Collaborate with team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
