Our beloved, long-term Periodontist is retiring after a stellar 25-year career in this community (spending the last 4 years built directly into our practice). There is no other Periodontist within a 100-mile radius. You will immediately inherit a massive, loyal patient base and an extensive network of local dental practices waiting to refer patients directly to you.

• Dedicated Support Team: Run highly efficient surgical blocks with the full support of our seasoned staff, including 2 Dental Assistants, 2 Hygienists, and a high-converting front-office team to manage your scheduling and tracking.

The Role & Clinical Scope

As our incoming Periodontist, you will have immediate access to a robust backlog of advanced surgical cases. You are the clinical authority on all complex periodontal and implant needs for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the full scope of periodontal procedures, including pocket reduction, bone grafting, soft tissue grafting, and advanced frenectomies.

• Direct and execute comprehensive dental implant placements, including single-tooth, multi-unit, and full-arch reconstructive staging.

• Partner with our internal hygiene team to manage and treat advanced periodontal disease cases.

• Maintain and cultivate the existing referral network of external local dental offices to keep the specialty schedule optimized.

• Certificate in Periodontics from an accredited post-doctoral residency program.
