Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
• Current, valid state license to practice dentistry or eligible for licensure.
• Two years of practice experience preferred.
• CPR, DEA, and other state-required certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and perform or direct oral health care services in the patient’s best interest.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to maintain a team-oriented environment.
• Uphold policy, protocol, and professional standards.
• Pursue continuing education to improve clinical skills; CE support is available.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives as needed.
