DENTIST JOB CONNECT INC is seeking a full-time associate at our Cooperstown and Utica offices. The practice operates on a fee-for-service model with no insurance participation, offering a 35% adjusted production share minus lab costs and a daily guarantee.

Path to ownership is highly encouraged and can be included in the contract from the start. The candidate will join a technologically advanced, two-office setup with opportunities for relocation and eventual ownership at Utica location.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active New York dental license
• Experience in implant placement preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time coverage at Cooperstown and Utica locations
• Pursue ownership/partnership opportunities
• No weekends; flexible schedule possible
• Collaborate with multi-site team ensuring high patient care
