The Dental Insiders in Olympia, WA seeks an Associate Dentist to join a high-performing, fully fee-for-service practice. This is a rare ownership-track opportunity with the current owner planning to transition out within 6 to 12 months.

You will have clinical autonomy, a loyal patient base, and the chance to learn the business side of dentistry directly from the practice owner. A strong mentorship path awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Washington license or eligibility to obtain.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Interest in oral surgery, implants, or sedation dentistry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment.
• Perform procedures including oral surgery, grafting, and sedation.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a skilled clinical and administrative team.
• Work alongside the current owner to gain insight into practice operations and ownership.
