Job summary

42North Dental in Bechtelsville, PA seeks a Dentist for part-time coverage. You will manage the full patient experience from exams to treatment planning, including in-office specialties. Schedule: Labor Day through Memorial Day, plus two Saturdays a month from 7AM-12PM.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dentistry license to practice.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high-quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain high ethics and professionalism.
• Keep current with new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry
