Job summary

42 North Dental in the United States is seeking a licensed dentist to join our established practice. The part-time schedule spans Labor Day to Memorial Day with two Saturdays per month, 7AM-12PM, offering a strong patient flow and opportunities for CE.

The Dentist will manage the full patient experience from exams to treatment plans, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. A DMD or DDS and active state license are required.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissue
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics
• Stay current with new developments through CE
