Associate Dentist

Join our team in the picturesque coastal town of Ormond Beach, Florida, known for its stunning beaches, rich history, and vibrant community. Ormond Beach offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement, making it an ideal location to live and work. This position presents an opportunity to join a progressive, well-run, and financially stable dental organization committed to delivering exceptional dental care.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive pay range of 30% of production
• Lab fees are covered by the employer
• Expected annual income of $250,000 to $275,000+
• Employer contributes more than 50% towards health insurance
• Free dental care for employees

• 2 weeks of paid time off in the first year
• 8 holidays off

Responsibilities:

• Monday to Thursday (Off Fridays)
• Work in a busy, state-of-the-art office with 50 new patients monthly (3 Dentists and 3 Hygienists)
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment
• Conduct patient meetings to discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings, and establish treatment plans
• Perform various dental procedures including extractions, root canals, implants, endodontics, and fillings

Requirements:

• Clear and active Dentist license in the State of Florida
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
