Job description

Seeking an full time Associate Dentist for a health center located in Northeastern Indiana. This position might also cover two other locations as necessary, offering a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with patients in each location.

Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited Dental School
  • Experience in Rural Dentistry or in a Community Health center setting preferred
  • Possession of an Indiana State License to Practice Dentistry, CSR and DEA certificate.
