Mangelsdorf Family Dentistry in Kingman, AZ is seeking a full-time associate dentist to join our privately owned practice as we transition ownership. You'll work alongside two other dentists in a spacious 11-operatory office equipped with CBCT, intraoral scanner, and digital X-rays.

We offer earnings between $175,000 and $225,000+ per year based on experience and production, with guaranteed salary during credentialing, malpractice insurance, a 401(k) with matching, health plan, and CE support.

We’re looking for a full-time associate dentist to join our team as we continue to grow and transition ownership. This role will step into the position of the current owner doctor and offers a rare opportunity to join a trusted practice with a legacy of care and a modern vision for the future.

You'll be working alongside two other full-time dentists in a spacious 11-operatory office equipped with the latest technology.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earnings: $175,000–$225,000+ annually, based on experience and production

• Guaranteed Salary during credentialing period

• Malpractice Insurance: Provided

• Continuing Education: CE support available (negotiable based on interests and goals)

• Work Schedule: Full-time, 4–5 days/week (flexible schedule; office open Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM)
