Job summary

The role requires an active state dental license, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification, with opportunities for ongoing CE and mentorship within a collaborative network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Evidence of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' records and radiographs.
• Perform surgical and restorative dental procedures as needed.
• Uphold high standards of ethics and patient care.
