Job summary

42North Dental invites a dedicated dentist to join our team in Massachusetts. You will lead the patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-house periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics available to support comprehensive care.

We offer ongoing education, mentorship from experienced doctors, and a collaborative network to help you advance professionally while delivering high-quality, ethical dental care to a diverse patient base.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification on file.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, and standard of care through continuing education.
