42North Dental in Connecticut is seeking a Doctor of Dentistry (DMD/DDS) to lead comprehensive patient care from examination to treatment delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a focus on prevention and high standards of care.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and maintain patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
