Qualifications

• DDS/DMD or equivalent dental degree required.
• Ability to provide high-quality patient care and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to participate in Continuing Education and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
• Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
• Expand skills through extensive CE opportunities.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Utilize advanced technology (CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, EPIC).
• Align with Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
