PDS Health is seeking an Associate Dentist in Florida to join a physician-led team focused on patient outcomes and clinical growth. Recent graduates and experienced dentists are invited to apply, with strong mentorship from Owner Dentists and access to 600+ CE hours in a state-of-the-art, digitized practice.

You will collaborate with in-house specialists, use advanced technology such as CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records, and have a clear path to practice ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care, prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
• Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
• Expand your skills with extensive CE opportunities.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to deliver the best patient outcomes possible.
• Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
• Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
