Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam to delivery of care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a strong patient flow each month.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients, and create comprehensive treatment plans while maintaining medical records and up-to-date x-ray interpretations. A licensed DDS/DMD and active BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and oral tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
