Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam to care delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, and develop comprehensive treatment plans in a busy practice. Requirements include a DDS/DMD, active state license, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and update treatment plans
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Maintain patient medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and surrounding tissues
• Maintain high quality standard of care and professionalism
