Job summary

42 North Dental in Enfield, CT, is seeking a Full-Time Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam to treatment. In our established practice you’ll work across in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics with a strong flow of new patients.

You’ll earn $180,000–$250,000 USD annually with a sign-on bonus up to $15K, comprehensive benefits, 401K, CE opportunities, mentorship, and a collaborative network of doctors supporting your growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license in good standing.
• Hepatitis B vaccination proof on file.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS/CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and diagnose diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.

Responsibilities:

Promote oral health and disease preventionDiagnose oral diseasesEducate patients on oral health and various treatment optionsCreate treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral healthReview treatment plan options with patientsReview, maintain and update patients' medical and dental recordsReview and interpret x-rays and diagnostic testsMonitor growth and development of the teeth and jawsProvide proper restorative and preventive dental carePerform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavityMaintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalismKeep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development
