Job summary

The Staff Pad in Waterford, Connecticut partners with a leading Dental Clinic to hire an enthusiastic Associate Dentist. This full-time position focuses on providing comprehensive patient care, expanding in-house services, and growing the practice's clinical offerings.

You will deliver same-day treatments, participate in Invisalign, implants, endodontics, and extractions while creating treatment plans and educating patients.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree required.
• Active dental license in Connecticut.
• 2+ years of dental experience preferred.
• Strong general dentistry and clinical skills.
• Experience with Invisalign, endodontics, implants and extractions preferred.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide same-day treatments as needed.
• Perform Invisalign, endodontic, implants and extractions as appropriate.
• Create treatment plans and educate patients.
• Work independently and collaboratively to expand in-house procedures.
