Associate Dentist – High-Production, Hospital-Based Dentistry (Experienced Only)TN Dental in Tempe, Arizona is seeking a highly skilled, efficient, and experienced dentist to join our fast-paced, hospital-based practice. This is not an entry-level position—we are looking for a confident clinician who is comfortable working at a high level with speed, precision, and consistency, particularly in a general anesthesia environment.

About the Opportunity:
  • High-Production Environment: Busy, established practice with immediate patient volume and strong hospital partnerships
  • Hospital-Based Dentistry: Perform full-mouth and complex procedures under general anesthesia in both hospital and office settings
  • Special Needs Focus: Provide care for pediatric and adult special needs patients requiring advanced behavior management and sedation
  • Efficient Case Flow: Work alongside an experienced anesthesiology team with a focus on maintaining efficient procedure times and high daily case volume
  • Advanced Technology: PrimeScan, CBCT, CEREC, and fully modern operatories
  • Strong Support Team: Long-term, highly trained assistants who are accustomed to fast-paced, high-output dentistry
  • Established Systems: Proven workflows designed for efficiency, productivity, and high-quality outcomes

Compensation & Benefits:
