Job summary

42 North Dental in Rochester, NH is seeking a Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from initial exam to treatment delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

The Dentist will diagnose, educate, and create comprehensive treatment plans while maintaining medical and dental records and collaborating with a broad network of Doctors. A DDS/DMD and active license are required.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain high standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education and professional development
