Job summary

42 North Dental in Rochester, NH is seeking a Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from examination to treatment. The role involves in-office specialties and collaboration to deliver exceptional care.

You will contribute to a patient-centered practice with a strong existing patient flow. The position offers an competitive earnings range ($150k–$250k+ based on production), comprehensive benefits, malpractice reimbursement, a retirement plan, and opportunities for continuing education

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and standards of care through continuing education.
