42 North Dental is seeking a licensed dentist to join our team in Washington, DC. Built by dentists for dentists, we deliver healthy, confident smiles for life and partner with leading healthcare innovators to advance treatments and services.

As part of our established practice, you will diagnose, educate patients, create treatment plans, and provide high-quality restorative and preventive care. Earn up to 36% of collections with an annual rate between $150,000 and $250,000 USD, plus

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license is a must.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and maintain comprehensive treatment plans.
• Review treatment options with patients and obtain informed consent.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high quality standards and professional ethics.
• Stay current with new developments through CE courses.

Formation

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
