42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our Rochester, NH-based practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, with in-office specialty support and a collaborative team.

The role offers earnings potential of $150,000 to $250,000+ based on production, with merit-based bonuses and strong benefits, including medical, vision, malpractice reimbursement, a 401(k) plan, continuing education, mentorship, and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices, and standards of care through continuing education and professional development.
