Job summary

42 North Dental in Rochester, NH, is seeking a Dentist to join a modern practice with a strong patient base. You will lead the clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care, with in-office specialties supported and collaboration across the team.

Generous compensation includes earnings potential of $150,000–$250,000+ based on production, with ongoing education, malpractice coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and standards of care through continuing education.
