Sutton Dental & Braces, a Benevis company, in Waterbury, CT, is seeking 2025 graduates for an Associate Dentist role for Summer 2025. You will join a team delivering quality dental care to children and adults with mentoring and growth opportunities.

The practice offers a base pay over 200k with uncapped earning potential, plus a 50k sign-on, student loan repayment, and comprehensive benefits. VISA sponsorship available in some cases.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current, valid dental license to practice in the relevant state.
• CPR, DEA and nitrous oxide certification (as applicable).
• Compassion and a strong desire to care for children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services with support from the team.
• Utilize DentaPro software for patient records.
• Operate digital x‑ray and Panorex units during care.
• Complete yearly OSHA/HIPAA and emergency management trainings.
• Manage patient flow with a typical mix of pediatric and adult patients.
