Job summary

Benevis is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team and provide high-quality dental care to children and adults in a supportive, collaborative environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing mentoring, and community-focused care.

The practice offers guaranteed base pay of $800/day with uncapped earning potential, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, and relocation support. It also includes comprehensive benefits and education reimbursements.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
• CPR and DEA certifications as required
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services with the support of a team
• Work with DentaPro software and digital imaging tools (x-ray and Panorex)
• Maintain OSHA/HIPAA and Emergency Management training
• Manage patient flow with hygienists and assistants
• Serve patient base primarily ages 3-21 and up to 30% adults
• Navigate state insurance PPO and out-of-network payor mix
