Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current license to practice dentistry in the state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and provide treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain accurate dental records and review radiographs.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
