Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA seeks a Full-time Associate Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care and lead patient-focused treatment planning.

You will provide in-office specialty services as part of a multidisciplinary team, maintain high standards of care, and participate in ongoing CE opportunities and employee benefits, including a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism, and stay current with new developments.

Education
