42 North Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join a leading practice near Boston. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Earn up to $250,000 annually with a sign-on bonus up to $20K and a potential daily guarantee or percentage. Enjoy strong patient flow, ongoing CE opportunities, and a team that supports your expertise.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and supporting tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
