42 North Dental is seeking a full-time associate dentist in Montoursville, PA. You will manage the patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Position offers a generous sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a compensation structure that includes daily guarantees or up to 36% of collections. Join a practice focused on education, innovation, and patient care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through ongoing education.

Formation

DMD or DDS
