42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join a modern Massachusetts practice, covering the full patient experience from exams to treatment planning with in-office specialty support. The role emphasizes collaborative care and high-quality outcomes.

Compensation is production-based with strong upside and comprehensive benefits, including medical, vision, malpractice reimbursement, a 401(k) retirement plan, continuing education, mentorship, and opportunities for equity and unlimited earning

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
