Job summary

42North Dental in Massachusetts seeks a Dentist to oversee the clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. This is a full-time role with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license in Massachusetts.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B is required.
• Malpractice insurance proof is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

BLS or CPR certification
