Job summary

42 North Dental Rochester, NH is seeking a Dentist to join a modern practice with strong patient flow. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialties and collaborative care to deliver exceptional dentistry.

Earn between $150,000 and $250,000+ annually based on production, with comprehensive benefits including medical/vision, malpractice coverage, a 401(k), continuing education, mentorship, and potential equity.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and standards of care through continuing education.
