Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join a modern practice with a strong patient base in Rochester, NH. You will manage the entire clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, collaborating with in-office specialists to provide comprehensive care.

The role offers a competitive compensation package in the $150,000–$250,000+ range based on production, with strong upside and opportunities for continuing education and mentorship within a supportive network of doctors.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism.
• Stay updated with new developments and standards of care through continuing education.
