Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join a modern practice in Rochester, NH. You will lead the full clinical patient experience from exam through treatment, collaborating with specialists when needed.

Compensation includes up to 36% of collections with bonus opportunities, plus malpractice reimbursement, 401(k) with no waiting period, and CE support. DMD or DDS, state license, Hep B vaccination and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues
• Maintain highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments and standards through continuing education
