42 North Dental in the United States is seeking a licensed dentist to oversee the full patient care experience from exam to delivery of care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance and BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostics.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
