Job summary

42North Dental in Charlotte, MI, is hiring a Full-time General Dentist to manage the complete patient experience from exam to care delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Monday–Thursday, 8AM–5PM with a compensation structure offering a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections. Benefits include health insurance with HSA, dental and vision coverage, 401K with guidance, CE opportunities, and access to Harvard Rounds Network events.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
