Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the full clinical patient experience from exam through treatment delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. This role offers comprehensive benefits and an equity-minded, mentorship-rich environment.

The Dentist will diagnose and treat patients, educate them on options, and maintain accurate medical and dental records while upholding the highest standards of care and ethics.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state dental license in good standing.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review, interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism in all interactions.
• Stay current with new developments through continuing education.
