Qualified candidates hold a DMD or DDS, an active state license, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Active dental license in the state.
• Vaccination documentation for Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS/CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans
• Maintain and update medical and dental records
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Provide restorative and preventive care
• Perform surgical procedures as needed

Education
