42 North Dental in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our established practice. You will manage the full patient experience from exam to care delivery, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will work in a supportive team with opportunities for continuing education, mentorship, and collaboration within an extensive Doctor network. Daily rate reflects market compensation for part-time dentists.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standards of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
