Job summary

42 North Dental in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our established practice and deliver comprehensive patient care. You will manage the full clinical experience from exam to treatment planning, with in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics options.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices.
