Job summary
42 North Dental is seeking a dedicated dentist to join our team. Built by dentists for dentists, we deliver healthy, confident smiles for life and welcome a strong flow of new patients each month.
You will diagnose, treat, and educate patients, develop treatment plans, maintain records, and stay current with industry developments through continuing education. We offer 401K, continuing education, and mentorship within a network of doctors.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current BLS or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
- Review treatment plan options with patients.
- Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
- Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
- Maintain high quality standard of care for patients.
- Maintain high ethics and professionalism.
- Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
