Job summary

42 North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, seeks a Dentist to deliver comprehensive care including exam, treatment planning, and delivery of care in our established practice. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
