Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our expanding practice in Massachusetts. You will provide comprehensive dental care, diagnose conditions, create treatment plans, and educate patients on oral health.

This on-site role offers a strong flow of new patients, opportunities for continuing education, mentorship within a network of doctors, and a 401K plan, plus ongoing professional collaboration.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from CODA-accredited program
• Current state dental license
• Hepatitis B vaccination
• Malpractice insurance
• BLS/CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Maintain and update patients' dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients and uphold ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standards of care through continuing education

Education
